The one thing about any version of Sims games is that they have quirks that seemingly make it impossible to accomplish certain tasks. The help sites rarely give enough details to explain how to make something work correctly. For example, how to have a wedding at a venue and get the bride or groom to grab that first slice of wedding cake, or how to get those caterers to do their jobs. The typical answer to accomplish the events or the tasks involves a cheat. But some people want to figure out how to make the project work without the cheats.
Considering the length of time that the fourth version of Sims has been out, one would think that there were would be some real and clear answers to most of these questions. Perhaps this blog will answer some of those mysteries, over time. Some strategies that help earn that Gold award on events or skill up quickly before your Sim dies of old age.
